Return Policy

Returns

Items can be returned for a refund of the purchase price of the item or processed as an exchange by contacting our office at 718­853­3769 within 14 days of delivery of your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in the original packaging. Your return will not be accepted without a Return Authorization which is issued upon contacting our office.

Non­returnable items:

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow 2­5 business days for us to process your return upon receipt.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e­mailed to you.

Shipping

To return your product, contact our customer service line at 718­853­3769 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs incurred during your purchase are non­refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $100, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Fraud Detection

We take all precautions possible to prevent fraudulent transactions from being processed through ShopOnyx.com, and have systems in place to detect fraudulent transactions. When fraud is detected on an order placed, the transaction will be locked, voided and the customer contacted via email within 24 business hours.

To prevent fraud detection from cancelling your order we strongly suggest shipping your purchase to the billing address on file with the card issuing institution. In the case of shipping a gift to a different shipping address, any errors detected in the billing address or card information will prevent your order from being processed.
